
Ingredients Required :
1 cup sooji(Upma ravva )
1 cup sugar
1 tea spoon baking soda
1 tea spoon baking powder
5 table spoon oil
Milk as required consistency ( medium it should not be watery )
1/2 cup curd
Vanilla essence as required
Handful of dry fruits chopped (optional )
Pinch salt
Preparation :
- In a large bowl, mix the melted butter and sugar whisk it continuously till becomes smooth and then except curd add remaining ingredients one by one and keep it aside for 30 to 40 minutes (Not to over mix )
- After its well soaked add the curd to the cake batter
- Furthermore add the dry fruits and now the cake batter is ready to bake
You can use cooker or oven
If using oven preheat at 160 degree c for 15 min and then bake 🍰 at 210 degree c for 25 min and now the cake is ready to serve
